We made a chocolate that is loved by sugar-free, low-carb, LCHF, keto, and paleo followers. A chocolate that can be eaten by vegetarians and vegans. A chocolate free from common allergens like gluten, wheat, soy, and nuts (sorry, but you won’t find peanut butter chocolate here). Vegan Chocolate and Probiotics
A dark vegan chocolate is quite common. What we’re really proud of is something you won’t find anywhere else. A gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan chocolate – with probiotics! It’s technically a dark chocolate, but the probiotics actually give it a bit of a creamier texture (without dairy) – you may forget you’re not eating milk chocolate!
The probiotic strand we chose for our CHOCOBiotics® probiotic chocolate is Bacillus coagulans, or GanedenBC30®, to be specific. This special probiotic is gluten-free, dairy-free, organic compliant, kosher, halal, non-GMO verified, and of course, vegan. Studies on bacillus coagulans are published in multiple peer reviewed journals for its beneficial effect on the digestive and immune systems. It’s one of the few vegan probiotics shown to survive the digestive system, making it a perfect fit for our chocolate delivery system.
